Niche: ship repair, shipbuilding, anti-corrosion protection, fire protection of buildings

Problem:
- The company had 1 main customer - Riga shipyard
- Low recognition outside Riga Shipyard
- Low number of new orders outside Shipyard
- The experience of the company and employees is not organized and digitized  

Task:
- Attracting new orders outside Riga shipyard
- Campaign experience packaging, website creation, brand identity creation

What was done:

- Interviewed and conducted a brief of over 120 questions
- Deployed essentially the same service for different segments, with a different offer for each segment.
- Created a visual identity
- Created a presentation about the company and a marketing kit
- Created a website and optimized it for organic search engine optimization ( SEO )
- Launched advertising campaigns in Google Ads

Identified the target audience and its segments:

- Shipping and stevedoring companies, oil loading and storage companies Ventamonjaks, Ventbunkers, Kalija parks, Ventspils Nafta, Neste OIL, Circle K, T2 Terminals, Vexoil.
- Port terminal and road infrastructure construction companies: Ostas Celtnieks, Rigas Tilti, Tilts, Latvijas tilti, 8CBR, Saldus celinieks, BMGS, DHB, Latrostrans.
- Municipal enterprises: Plavinas HES, Keguma HES, Rigas HES, TEC1, TEC2.
- Created a list of shipyards in Finland, Norway, Sweden and sent out a pre-prepared pdf document about the company.
- We created a list of actual construction projects in Latvia at that time, such as: ReRe, LX Grupa, LNK Industries, KAN, Arcers, Velve, UPB, Stats, Energoremonts, NewCom, 8CBR, YIT, Abora and made regular outgoing calls requesting actual projects in our field: cleaning of metal, concrete, wood with sandblasting and hydroblasting, as well as fire protection of buildings.
- Made over 60 outbound calls in order to reach the person in charge for plant repairs or ship maintenance.

Job Outcome:

Systematic receipt of new bids and requests for quotations thanks to the emergence of a website with the correct semantic structure and advertising in Google Ads , as well as SEO optimization of the website from construction and municipal enterprises
Systematic participation in tenders for anticorrosive treatment and fire protection of steel structures.
Participation in projects for the construction of a bridge in Panemune in Lithuania (customer Latvijas Tilti) and participation in the project for renovation of Salu tilts in Riga (customer Latvijas Tilti), as well as: a number of ship repair works in the port of Riga, application of fireproof coatings.  
Participation in tenders from Neste OIL, Ventamonjaks, Netaman Shipyard, Ventspils Nafta, Kalijas Parks.  

Difficulties encountered:
The equipment used by the company for ship corrosion treatment work was too industrial and professional, it required laborious transportation and operation
